Site inspections after execution of installation to ensure the quality and the design intent are implemented as per project specifications.
Installation supervision of Package substations, LV Switchgear, different types of lighting system, standby Generator and Low current systems which is stated below.
BMS System, CCTV System, Fire Alarm System, and Security Access control system, PA system... ETC
Reviewing method statements for installations, All Electrical Systems.
Reviewing, Coordinating & finalizing field Change request (FCR).
Raising the Non-Confirmation Report (NCR) against poor quality of Work and violation of specification.
Inspection of Material (MIR) as per approved material submittal, compression with approved samples as per the specification and Standards and is in strict conformance with contract documents.
Raising the Site Instructions (SI) against the Low quality of work or violation of any Work at the site.
Respond to the contractor\'s request for information (RFI).
Preparing of weekly and monthly Reports for Electrical activities for The Client.
Supervision & monitoring of day to day site activities and maintain the quality at the site.
Witness testing and commissioning of the works.
Preparation of Snag list.
Review approve the Contractor’s AS BUILT Drawings, Clear Copy and O&M Manual Submittals
Check & monitor daily activities & accomplishments to ensure completion date/s are in accordance with the approved construction schedule

• Ensure that all electrical site activities are conducted under controlled as per the shop drawings, method statement, and Project Specification and work plan.
• Monitoring the daily, weekly and monthly progress of work.
• Confirms to all the operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules and regulations, giving priority to safety and security. .
• Reporting to Assistant Resident Engineer (Electrical).
