 Coordinates recruitment requirements of the department. Maintains records on job descriptions and other pertinent personnel data for all positions in the department.
 Records minutes of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual meetings etc.
 Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Maintained effective communications with various clients.
 Monitored quality assurance procedures for company’s services.
 Analyzed Continued Process Improvement and made necessary recommendations.
 Random visits
 To do surveys to ensure for high level quality.
 Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, management and organizational planning.
 Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, Procurement, Body shop, Service, Parts and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

 Disbursement of checks for company expenses.
 Organization of fiscal documents.
 Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.

 Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
 Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment developing personal growth opportunities.
 Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising job results, disciplining employees, initiating, coordinating, policies, and procedures.
 Managing document control including billings, purchasing documentation and contract administration.
 Preparing reports and information as requested.
 Reviewing take-offs with estimating team.
 Coordinating between administrative office team, field employees and branch management on a regular basis.
 Develops service level agreement documents.
 Provides updates on current work orders, scheduling of technicians, parts on order, or any potential delays in completion.
