Role:
1) Setup layout & space management, work organization chart, Assign job responsibility to staff in warehouse operation.
2) Effectively manage & control inventory, inbound, storage and timely delivery of stocks, shipment loading & transferring, document recording and data entry into the system.
3) To plan, organize and control all operations in the warehouse.
4) Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status reports to management.
5) Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration. Enhance subordinates wellbeing and capability through training and give opportunities for promotion.
6) Manage proper inventory control of stocks, dispatching stocks by FIFO method, maintain overall stock accuracy i.e. physical stock is tallied with system stock, reporting for short expiry/near expiry stocks if any, to management.
7) Organize all export and local branch shipments on time from the warehouse.
8) Constantly strive towards achieving improvement and development of warehouse.
9) Responsible for ISO audit and their required document, and updated.
10) To organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for all stores and office staff.
12) Arranging Training for the warehouse staff.
13) Monitoring daily issuance and receiving.
14) Directing big and urgent shipment from supplier to site with co-ordination with purchase and QC in urgent cases.
15) Observing and participating in the yearly physical inventory.
16) Observing and watching the MID (Material Identification) in order to avoid any duplication of the items.
