Office Operations:

• Ensure the availability of employment visa quotas at all times in line with the manpower requirements.
• Ensure the timely renewal of residency visa and labor cards.
• Ensure employees passport are valid and kept safely in HRD.
• Provide necessary administrative support for new outlets opening including meeting the regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with insurance company for claims, deletions and additions.
• Liaise with overseas recruitment agencies for recruitment.

HR Operations:
• Provide reports on regular basis and updates the HRM.
• Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers explaining governmental policies.
• Oversee payroll.
• Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure.
• Coordinate the yearly performance appraisal process.
• Coordinate salary administration.
