• Follow up the CRM daily (Helpdesk).
• Coordinate with spare part dept.
• A weekly assessment of technicians through the speed of reform and accordingly apply Samsung's own skills.
• Follow up the service invoices (Cash, Warrantee).
• Follow-up of all technicians (attendance, speed of performance and ability to improve its efficiency).
• I Prepare the evening shift, Friday’s & Eid holiday’s duty schedule.
• Support the all the branch & clients from the branch manager custody.
• Sorting the devices in terms of specialization of each technician type of repair to ensure professionalism at work.
• Printing the Monthly Reports then escalate it to SAMSUNG.
• Review TMT analysis (total maintenance time). For evaluation of technicians in terms of type of repair (according to efficiency) to ensure the speed of completion and accuracy in work.
• Apply Wow service (customer satisfactions) discounts…….etc.
Support the service technician’s expenses.
