• FORMULATE, DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE HR POLICIES TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL HR SOLUTIONS TO THE COMPANY TO MEET THE CURRENT MARKET PRACTICES. THIS WILL ENSURE OPTIMUM EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION AND MINIMIZE HUMAN TURNOVER.

• MAINTAIN A MATRIX TABLE TO IDENTIFY ALL CURRENT EMPLOYEES WITH REGARDS TO THEIR CURRENT FIT UP IN VARIOUS POSITIONS.
• MAINTAIN A MANPOWER DATABANK TO IDENTIFY COMPETENT MANPOWER FROM THE OUTSIDE SOURCES. ESTABLISH CONTRACT WITH AGENCIES IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES TO ENSURE TIMELY AVAILABILITY OF QUALITY MANPOWER.
• ESTABLISH EASUREMENT SYSTEMS TO OBJECTIVELY EVALUATE THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES AND LINK SAME WITH COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDING INCREMENTS, OTHER INCENTIVES AND REWARDS ETC.
• MAINTAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES OF ALL KEY POSITIONS IN CONSULTATION WITH THE GM/CEO AND TO ACKNOWLEDGE AN INCUMBENT’S FULL UNDERSTANDING OF HIS/HER ROLE BY HAVING THE PERSON TO SIGN IN HIS DESCRIPTION OF THE ASSIGNMENT.
• ARRANGE ORIENTATION OF NEW EMPLOYEES INTRODUCING THEM TO THE PHYSICAL LAYOUT OF THE FACILITIES OF THE COMPANY, RULES AND PERSONNEL TO HELP THEM SETTLE DOWN IN THE COMPANY AND ITS ENVIRONMENT QUICKLY.
• IDENTIFY TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT NEEDS AND SET UP THE REQUIRED PROGRAMS.
• MONITOR TRENDS AND DEVELOP SALARY ADMINISTRATION POLICY IN LINE WITH THE NEEDS OF THE COMPANY.
• PROPOSE FINANCIAL INCENTIVES AND OTHER SCHEMES THAT ENCOURAGE ENHANCED PERFORMANCE.

• Studied & worked Initiation Development of new HR policy or Procedures,
• Formulate develop and implement effective HR policies to provide professional HR solution to the company like Al-Raji Holding and Al-Bassam Group (1500 manpower).
