Creating waste management System, for over 12 main EPC’s and their sub-contractor of JAZAN Refinery and Terminal for waste management (EPC Contract), including Environmental Impact Assessment study (EIA), supervision, and construction, of landfill, Wastewater open pond, STP’s in Baish - Jazan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Duties:
 To study, design, tender and contracting waste management collection of Refinery Camp and offices, including water supply, wastewater treatment, water table protection, as well treatment of organic, construction, hazardous waste
 Waste water open pond design and implementation, location investigation, according to Aramco standard
 STP study and design with coordination with supplier from different countries sources, taking into consideration delivery time frame, STP criteria, and the end use of water and sludge treatments at final destination
 Landfill cell for solid waste and operation management design and establishment according Aramco Standard
 To coordinate with the EPC contractors and subcontractors.
 To manage the environmental issues of the project
 To establish and finalize the environmental management program including waste water, solid waste, hazardous waste.
 To prepare the necessary plans and /or documents concerning the site work required for the project.
 To assist the construction manager
 To prepare and update the environmental impact report and necessary report concerning the construction
 To lead the engineers, supervisors, and inspectors, as an assistant of the construction manager
 To manage the construction risk management task specified by Aramco
 To conduct the meeting with Aramco team, Hitachi’s Engineers/supervisors/ inspectors/ subcontractors

The Inertial Guidance Device/Testing Maintenance Centre Building- Ministry of Defence, Sigma Defence security, the project site is 684 m2 and total gross built-up area 1440 m2, the new center provides the basic requirements to specify the workshop for maintenance of SIGMA equipment using a special testing machine-Bench test.
The project consists of operation Building, and Car Shed parking lot including special equipment and furniture, as well curb stone and side walk

Duties:
 Leading a group of Engineers, supervisors and workers related to many aspects
 Monitor & supervise the construction works.
 Coordinate with the contractors and sub-contractors
 Conduct and organize a monthly/weekly meeting with the clients and subcontractors
 Prepare a Monthly report
 Support and participate in finding solution for problems may occur on site and design.

The Arab Open University, new Kuwait Headquarter and Branch Project is located in Ardiya area, the project site is 63.750 m2 and total gross built-up area 26,443 m2, The University Campus will have a student enrolment capacity of 8,000 students and accommodate 570 staff members,
The project consists of Branch Building, Headquarter building, Boundary wall and hard & soft Landscape, as well Interior Design for both buildings.

Duties
 Evaluating plans, work progresses, systems and procedure to achieve stated plan and objectives and work standards.
 Conduct day to day leadership and works with staff and subcontractors to ensure high performance, customer service oriented, work environment which supports achieving objectives and values regarding team building and subordinates empowerment.
 Applies process improvement and quality management principles to assigned area of responsibility.
 Proposed and seek approval contract agreement for contractors/suppliers based on requirements. Review and approved development activity.
 Attend Daily，weekly, progress and coordination meeting for individual development project to monitor progress targeted accomplishment date as well as allotted Quality.

The United Tower development is located at the Kuwait City and it comprises of 60 storey high Tower for commercial and residential uses and a 4 storey high podium that encloses a business centre, retail area and a car park.
