Manage and organize the QA/QC Department & Staff.
Preparing/reviewing all QA/QC deliverables including, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Method Statements, Concrete Mix Design Dossiers, Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) & QC Procedures and ensuring their compliance
Ensuring compliance with established QCP & Standards, site specific SOP/SWP for non-conventional jobs
Devising & implementing quality strategies/plans & objectives in order to achieve the corporate goals
Conducting audits/assessments at various stages to ensure safety & quality specifications are met without deviation
Leading and monitoring the team of QA/QC Engineers, QC Inspectors & Document Controller in order to achieve the works according to specifications and standards
Coordinating with the Corporate QA/QC Manager for the preparation of project quality plans & procedures and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)

Organize & conduct a program of QA/QC training for all personnel level in the project
Reviewing quality related Non-conformance Reports (NCR), coordinating for identification of root causes and formulation and execution of effective corrective and preventive actions.
