o lead the daily Occurrences brief meeting, and the ATM DDS meeting.
o Monitor Safety Performance Indicators and set yearly targets.
o Analyzing the Safety investigation reports
o Analyzing the Safety recommendation reports and track the data of the RAT, and Determines the Severity and the Contribution
o Tracking the highest SPI of the year, to avoiding it for next year
o Make the Safety Performance Analysis Report of each month, and the weekly ATM Safety PowerPoint's report.
