MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for implementing, enhancing, and maintaining demand/supply planning systems and processes for the facilitation of Material control, data analysis by all Industrial client sites.
• Ensuring timely dispatch of Industrial stocks to the Sales Point by keeping close follow up with three Warehouses Operation of K.S.A. (Riyadh, Dammam & Jeddah)
• Ensure the correct application of the Replenishment policies and procedures.
• Make sure that the damaged or lost stock will be identify in warehouse & send back.
• Receive Demand of the loaded inventory and resolved issues.
• Issuance of Orders to concerned departments for the proper execution of respective Location’s Distribution Plan.
• Ensure Warehouse forecasts, inventory levels, and vendor orders are reflected accurately in demand planning systems and processes.
• Manage processes for calculating and setting inventory stocking requirements at Warehouse.
• Provide other data support to the Supply Chain organization as needed (In Hand Stock, Consumption Trends, Missing or Pending inventory data reports, Stock Sufficient for days report) etc.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to current and future planning systems and processes.
Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses Officers, Plan and arrange logistics required shipments.
QUALIFICATION:
Appear in Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society), K.S.A, Dammam, Morgan International.
Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM) Karachi 2009.
Master of Computer Science from “Al - Khair University (AJK) Islamabad 2003. (Attested from Saudi Embassy)
Bachelor in Commerce from Karachi University 2000.
• Coordinate with Supplier regarding shipment delivery & documents.
• Coordinate with forwarder for collection of Materials from supplier to Geidea warehouse deliveries.
• Monitoring of Stock Issuance from business Units, distribution Points and warehouses.
• Facilitate to Business Units by analyzing & making concern reports.
• Forecasting for the future requirement.
• Prepare Logistics route Plans for Inventory replenishment to 21 distribution Point & 3 warehouses.
• Inter departmental correspondence with (Business Development Team, Operations Team, Sales Team, Accounts Team, Help Desk).
• Cycle Count of Physical stocks Month/Quarter from distribution Points, warehouses.
• Warehouse management for Inventory Management, Space Utilization, Safety Measurements and continuous warehouse improvement.
• Coordinate with IT Team for Inventory & Financial close in Inventory Management System.
Provide analysis of inventory positions at all Distribution Centers for all departments to insure that inventory is positioned appropriately to be available to fulfill retail orders.
• Provide analysis of historical trends of inventory and in and out volumes to assist the DC operations in manpower and transportation planning, scheduling and equipment requirements.
• Establish productivity measurement tools to track productivity by job assignments.
• Tasks to include:
o Daily reports of inventory positions for all departments by DC location.
o Daily report of in and out volumes of all departments by DC location.
o Provide daily recommendations to DC operations regarding positioning of inventory.
o Gather and track inventory positions and in and out volumes to assist DCs in man power planning and
scheduling.
o Monitor inventory levels providing analysis of capacity levels for all departments for all DCs.
o Establish tracking mechanisms to monitor productivity.
o Establish productivity reports.
