Managing Vehicles record on CMMS (IBM MAXIMO 7.6) system.
Handling with all key, communication equipment’s and vehicle movements for all Sites.
Weekly Duty scheduling of Site Drivers and their Over Time Management.
Vehicle inventory management on IBM Maximo 7.6.
Ensuring timely dispatching of all site drivers along with technical crews.
Addressing Site safety rules to the drivers prior to assign duties.
Supporting management in coordination with outbound transportation team.
Escalation of any breakdown emergency or incidents to respective department Engineer and Project Manager.
