I am working now as Hotel Manager  for  Grape Village Hotel & Tourism  since Jan, 2019 until now , mange and lead day to day hotel operations of rooms division , food & beverage , admin works , support hotel operations from the front desk and sales and marketing to housekeeping and food and beverage. Working closely with each department manager,  employees EVP , financial daily audit , meet & assist the VIP’s at the airport , security services , supervises daily issued reports from all hotel department , give approvals and actions for department managers in correct ways,   mange the ground tourism services , guests  problem solving  smoothly & constantly , employees training programs  , improve general hotel performance , setting up departmental budgets , setting up the local procedures for human resources , share daily brain storming meeting with GM and other members ... 


I have multiple professional experiences in hospitality industry such as : Catering services , food and beverage services , events management ( end to end ) , sales and marketing , professional coach , supervise employees official uniform and other needs such as housing issues ...etc , recent experiences in housekeeping , f&b cashier , health clubs , receptionist , reservations , front office manager , telephone operator , night audit , income audit .
