Witness contractors’ material selection, installation and quality control inspections to ensure that the permanent and finishing works are constructed according to the contract, applicable codes, standards, approved drawings and specifications.
Arranges meetings between the contractor and concerned departments to resolve interfacing problems with other disciplines during construction.
Meeting up with architects, structural consultants, contractors for marketing and sales of company’s present products i.e. PVC /TPO Waterproofing, Structural Strengthening, Polyurethane & Epoxy Flooring, EPS, Puff spray, Admixtures etc.
Interaction with Government institutes, private companies, hotels, hospitals, hydro and thermal power projects petrochemical companies for technical and commercial discussions for their requirements.
Reviews contractor’s invoices for correctness of installed quantities for the architectural portion of the works.
Collaboration in working out the annual Forecast and the Sales Action Plan.
Responsible for developing marketing plans within the specified budget.
Detailed project costing for all products for both pre and post orders.
Organized meetings after projects.
