Under the directions of the Associate Dean in Deanship of Postgraduate Education, the Quality Assurance department is responsible for implementing and evaluate the effectiveness and quality of the Residency and Fellowship Training Programs offered by the MNGHA. Also, monitor the compliance of training Programs, courses and workshops to the defined quality standards, through the administration of quality staff, in order to maintain relevant quality standards and enhance the credibility of provided services.



•ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:



- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations and reports in either Arabic or English language.

- Prepare agendas and accurately take detailed meeting minutes.

- Managing calendars, appointments and the signature book of the assigned manager, schedule meetings, interviews and events.

- Assist in hiring process of Quality Assurance Department and coordinate communication with recruitment office to schedule interviews and tracking of new possible candidates.

- Follow-up and maintaining the departmental filing and database system, also updates statistics as required, on a weekly and monthly basis.

- Ensure that the department is adequately stocked with stationery and other supplies.



•FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Keep track on the accreditation status of all residency/fellowship programs and send regular reminders.

- Develop internal reviews content and methodology, also provide guidance to internal review committee members on academic goals and educational issues.

- Facilitate and organize any event which include program re-accreditation internal reviews, workshops and educational activities.

- Engage with relevant feedback to concerned departments on the effectiveness of training programs and areas of strengths / development, and propose solutions to improve the training programs accordingly.

- Contributing to any assigned tasks related to the quality assurance projects.
