• Independent handled Aramco project and working experience with Contractor

with considering quality and quantity aspect.

• Review controlled drawing, IFC drawings and AFC drawings.
• Review structural design & Execution.
• Review the drawings to PID & PMT for further preventive measures to speed up the scope of work.
• To monitor and inspect the construction and to ensure that it is done in accordance to the plan and specification.
• Execution as per survey reports.
• Location and elevation inspection of equipment foundations which includes anchor bolts and embedded plates.
• Witness Excavation, Compaction, Rebar, Steel fixing, Formwork and back filling as per the standard specifications.
• Checking / review of all design drawings, review and comments of all structural shop drawings, standards, project technical, specifications, Base design packages, submittal of material, prequalification approval etc.

• Inspect concrete mix design, verifies rebar size, grade and spacing, concrete quality and proper techniques used in placing, and finishing operations.
• Inspect Material received on site and ensure it is in order with contract specification, handle and stored properly. Conduct off-site inspection for specific materials and plant visit.

• Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) for the steel work.

• Organize the Manpower and Materials for the proper execution of site work.
• Check the plan (Site, Elevation, Section drawings).

• Assisting seniors in forecasting the cost, quantity & budget of the equipped
manpower & labor.
• Maintain records of all engineering drawings to provide appropriate figures.
• Responsible for ensuring by inspection and verification that Civil & Structural works are performed in accordance with the Project requirements.
• Conducting inspections, preparation of all civil, structural and architectural Inspections.
