· Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis
· Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
· Monitor authorized account reconciliation process
· Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly
· Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation
· Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
· Prepare Bank Reconciliation
