*Dealing with Aramco about requirement of Equipment for Pipe Stringing project.
* Dealing with Equipment inspection, maintenance supervision and spare parts.
* Using ERP for Raising MRs for new Equipment/Material request/Spare parts request from Head office.
* Dealing directly with Client [Aramco] attending weekly meetings understanding requirements and mobilizing all the equipment/services with Aramco standards.
* Participation in work Ahead plans.
* Providing feedback to senior management about weekly fuel consumptions, equipment utilization [ODO meter] manpower and workshop reports with next due date maintenance.
* Maintaining weekly inspections cycle of each equipment.
* Follow up with Aramco about operator Aramco certifications.
* Scheduling the IDs and all safety deductions with Aramco in Pump station 01, 02 and 03.
* Follow up with Contractors for mobilizations in timely manners.
* Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in the successful and timely flow of production work and oversee all work during the day.
* Establish and maintain designated work areas and arrange as needed.
* Responsible for working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all subcontract work.
* Establish and maintain inventory control systems; keep inventory current at all times for 2 million plus in merchandise.
* Prepare routing logistics daily for deliveries within 100+ stores.
* Works closely with all vendors and freight companies.
* Responsible for scheduling, supervising, and motivating 100+ warehouse employees.
* Support HR with termination, resignation, new hire and training materials.
