• Bachelor's degrees in any Health Science field (nursing, Pharmacy) from an accreditation program is required.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience post qualification as a registered nurse, pharmacist or health education/health sciences.
- At least 2 years minimum experience in customer services in health centers and medical coordinators.
• License:
- License Saudi Council of Health valid
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
2. Job Responsibilities / Duties
2.1. Enhances organization reputation by receiving patients in a professional and friendly manner.
2.2. To be fully aware of services provided in our center, information regarding our services.
2.3. To be fully aware of all protocols and treatment plans. And to ensure all medications prescriptions given and explained to patient.
2.4. Receives new and follow-up patients to explain the treatment plan given by their physician.
2.5. To ensure all necessary blood test requested by physician was done by patient.
2.6. Providing guide lines to patients and answering client’s inquiries and providing information regarding our center and services
2.7. Follow-up with patients from outside through fax emails or calls.
2.8. To explain about procedure, anesthesia and to give instruction before procedure.
2.9. To book procedures within our center according to unit OR schedule per doctor.
2.10. Coordinate with other hospital to refer and book surgical procedures.
2.11. Assists patients, patients’ families, referring physicians and third party carriers (IVF Lab) to resolve patient related issues.
2.12. To communicate with laboratory (IVF) for egg maturation, fertilization and semen results to inform physician of any abnormalities and to inform patient of results.
2.13. Prepare all necessary consents to be signed by patient before procedure.
2.14. Collecting data from patient files to do monthly census for pregnancy rate
2.15. Adherence to all relevant policies and procedures, guidelines
2.16. Nutrition intervention, modified diet, or oral health assessment of patient
2.17. Venous thromboembolism risk assessment of the patient.
2.18. Patient and family support and responsible to assure the resources necessary for teaching patient, developing teaching tools, guidelines, protocols, educational handout and materials for specific patient population.
2.19. Assessment and reassessment of patient, family learning needs during pre-admission, admission, discharge phases of ambulatory care, day surgery, and follow up visit as needed.
2.20. Safe and use of medications prescribed by physician.
2.21. Education of patient and family regarding consent( e.g. consent for surgery, etc)
2.22. Educate and inform patient about patient and family right and provide them with brochure, leaflets.
