- 4 years’ experience in (Siemens) BMS systems (Installing, configuration, intergeration.
- Design, develop, and implement Siemens Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Create technical submittals, design documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Prepare IO lists for BMS systems, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Select appropriate valves for HVAC and plumbing systems
- Collaborate with project team, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site surveys to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals for new projects
- Conduct site inspections and commissioning of systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMS
- Experience in the design and implementation of large-scale building management systems
- Familiarity with BACnet, LonWorks, KNX, Modbus, and other relevant protocols
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and security systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
