Job Description

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:

+10 years of experience in warehousing/logistics role
5 years in warehouse management role
Knowledge of healthcare distribution center operations, associated regulations, and processes
Very knowledgeable with SFDA and GDP
Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills to ensure aggressive scheduling and coordination of all regulatory activities to meet goals, project milestones/timelines


Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

1. Management of Regional Operation

· Ensure effective operational controls and performance monitoring; as well as ensuring having a cost-effective logistics and distribution network runs smoothly

· Develop and implements warehouse operations system improvements by leading continuous improvement projects as assigned and by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout

· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

· Ensure that quality and safety procedures and measures are being implemented

· Monitor customer satisfaction and acts to address satisfaction issues in a prompt and non-defensive manner

· Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action

· Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures

· Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication

· Develop teams to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long-term performance goals

· Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact

· Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues

· Ensure warehouse stays safe and clean (e.g. 5S)

· Analyze and resolve any on-site work-related issues

· Any related activity assigned by the logistics management

2. Reporting and Control

· Oversee the execution of the aligned business plans with full ownership of the KPIs related to cost and service

· Provide statistics regarding warehouse performance on all relevant metrics to LOGD Management
