We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to ensure efficient, high-quality production at our modern factory in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Operate and oversee CNC and woodworking machinery for modular furniture fabrication.
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate assembly and finishing.
- Work closely with production supervisors to coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Inspect products for adherence to quality standards and design specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues in production processes.
- Support implementation of 5S/lean manufacturing practices.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
- Assist in equipment maintenance to reduce downtime.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in modular furniture or related manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, materials, and quality control.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with CNC/woodworking machinery and tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software; basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Physically fit and willing to relocate immediately to Riyadh.
