Business Development Executive - IT Products

Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify leads by initiating contact and assessing their needs.
Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
Conduct cold calling, networking, and follow-up courtesy calls to generate new business leads.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to promote products and services to clients.
Maintain CRM records of customer interactions to identify future sales opportunities.
Provide after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback.
Respond to international bidding requests such as RFP/RFI.

Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to understand technical product specifications and functionalities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
