Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Prequalification Documents (PQD).
- Prepare and review all Technical Submittals, Compliance Sheets, and Data Sheets.
- Prepare and understand all Material Test Certificates (MTC), Warranty Letters, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Prepare Internal Test Reports, Production Reports, and Technical Letters/Replies.
- Prepare SASO and ISO files related to product certification.
- Understand and prepare Pipe Drawings and Packing Lists.
- Prepare MTS, Compliance Sheets, and Personal Reports as required.
- Full technical understanding of the factory’s products: Valves, Fittings, and Hydrants.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments for all technical documentation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the same field (Ductile Iron Valves, Fittings, or Infrastructure Water Products).
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken, written, and read).
- Strong technical writing and reporting skills.
- Previous experience in communication with consultants and government authorities is preferred.
