Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, architects, and contractors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and assess competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with project managers and the marketing team to develop proposals and presentations.
• Attend events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
• Prepare and manage budgets for business development initiatives.
• Analyze project requirements and work with the technical team to create tailored solutions.
• Monitor and report on business development progress and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans to enhance market presence and profitability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, and project management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent speaking English language
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and ERP system.
