The Business Development Officer is responsible for the sourcing of stainable employment opportunities for Job seekers within local employer market, ensuring service levels exceed employers’ expectations. The Business Development Officer will strictly adhere to the guidelines in accordance with the program’s requirements and MAXIMUS policies and procedures. This is not an exhaustive list and a Business Development Officer will be expected to carry out any other duties as may be specified by the line manager from time to time.
