We are searching for immediately available Talent Acquisition experts in the Middle Eastern market.

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the company.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending job offers, negotiating terms, and finalizing the hiring.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and other recruiting initiatives.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and report on recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed about trends and innovations in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
