At all times, assist in providing friendly, efficient, and effective food and beverage service to all customers in a timely manner, in compliance with standards and individual guest requirements.
Direct, manage and coordinate all restaurant’s areas, operations, activities, managers, supervisors, and staff.
Plan and direct all food preparations and culinary activities.
Coach and Train restaurant’s supervisors and staff.
Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
Coordinate planning, budgeting, and purchasing for all the food operations.
Determine, check and ensure production schedules, staff req., quantity and quality of received products.
Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays.
Rectify arising problems or complaints; and maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
Any other required responsibilities and related tasks that can be directed by the direct manager.
