Manage cross-departmentally and across levels to drive timely results
Manage communication with Joint Venture Partner, including telephone calls, written documentation and emails
Support the field teams with their marketing communication and advertising needs
Measure and communicate sales and profit results of completed programmes
Maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
Lead, manage and develop Guest Relations. Serve as a thought leader to improve processes, reporting, communication and steps for resolution
