We are looking to hire a Sous Chef - Pastry and Bakery for our production kitchen to be based in Riyadh, KSA.
1. We are looking for 2-3 years of experience in Pastry and Bakery.
2. To have European- Western cooking experience
3. To assist in executing standard recipes to ensure consistent quality in food production, thereby satisfying guest needs and expectations.
4. To have knowledge of Pastry & Bakery bulk production
5. To ensure that preparation is carried out to the correct specifications and recipes in a timely manner
