We are seeking an experienced Manager – Investment Fund Operations to lead the operational and administrative functions of our investment funds. The role requires strong expertise in fund accounting, investor servicing, and regulatory reporting under CMA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day fund operations, including NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and reconciliations.
- Manage investor onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, and capital account maintenance.
- Supervise fund accounting, financial reporting, and audit processes in coordination with administrators and auditors.
- Ensure timely submission of CMA regulatory reports, disclosures, and compliance filings.
- Liaise with custodians, administrators, banks, and external service providers.
- Implement internal controls, operational workflows, and risk management practices.
- Support operational setup for new products.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6–10 years’ experience in fund operations, fund administration, or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of CMA regulations, IFRS, and fund structures (real estate & private equity funds).
- Proficiency in NAV calculations, investor reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Prior experience with CMA-regulated funds in Saudi Arabia strongly preferred.
- Professional qualifications (CA) desirable.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
