Manages staff relations and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
Oversees budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
Contributes to administrative decision-making, leadership, strategic planning and financial stewardship.
Program development, analysis of and improvement of operations, as well as efficient and productive use of personnel, material and financial resources.
Reviews, updates and implements policies and procedures.
Ensures staff conform to appropriate legal and regulatory requirements.
Performs tasks and duties of the therapist as needed.
Collaborates with various stakeholders in the HealthCare Industry to ensure continued growth and development and to ensure the highest quality care is provided.
Ensures the efficient delivery of patient focused services in area of responsibility in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and professional standards in order to achieve goals and objectives.
Monitors staff productivity to ensure that the center is operating within targeted productivity standards and consistent with established clinical standards.
Manages the human resource function in order to achieve quality, compliant, patient focused services and positive employee relations in accordance with the Human Resources policies, procedures, and guidelines. Conducts staff assessments and performance reviews.
Efficiently manages the fiscal affairs of the Center in accordance with established fiscal and budgetary policy and procedures in order to ensure the proper utilization of Center financial resources.
Exhibits personal and professional pride and self-development.
Utilizes Center’s cultural beliefs as the basis for decision making and to support the Center’s mission and goals.
Follows established Center infection control and safety procedures.
Institute and maintain the day to day book keeping of accounts and support the preparation of annual audited accounts.
Prepare the company’s monthly management accounts to be presented to the owner or the owner representative.
Undertake business development and marketing.
