الوصف الوظيفي Job Description:
• Long experience in furniture manufacturing.
• Expert in all different metal and wood types and their cutting, welding, polishing, forming … etc.
• Manage and prepare the production CPM for all different projects being executed on the same time to control the production of the factory.
• Coordinate with other factory sections to control the relation between all production stages.
• Coordinate with site engineers, and finalize all site requirements and take decision for all technical aspect for developing production.
• Review drawings for control of planned output, budget spending, material efficiency, engineering effectiveness.
• Direct and co-ordinate the activities of production; prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
• Review production orders and schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates and prepare production plans.
• Check the factory machinery performance and study the new up-to-date machines if required for developing the production progress, quality and cutting cost.
المهارات
• Minimum 5 years experience in production, plus2 years at management level. Ability to work on quality control systems and activate and update is a must
• Proactive and self-motivated, with strong organizational, communications and team management skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Good command in AutoCAD.
