We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical control systems, with a focus on automation and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and control panels.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell, etc).
- Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to integrate automation solutions.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Support production and maintenance teams with technical expertise.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1– 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on PLC programming.
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs and HMIs.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
- Strong understanding of control systems, sensors, and actuators.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Office and field work, including time on the shop floor or at customer sites.
- May require occasional travel and flexible working hours during commissioning phases.
