Job description :

  1. To provide effective counselling service to students who are looking for a place in College/Universities.
  2. Establish relationships with new customers
  3. Being pro-active & responsive in following-up with prospective students, parents & institutions we are working with.
  4. Managing enquiries & following up with advance enquiries from prospective students & parents
  5. Processing the Admission and visa Application.
  6. Ensuring that all such enquiries are responded to within the same day.
  7. Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling , face to face meetings and Live chat.
  8. Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  9. Provide feedback to Marketing team on ways to enhance sales, and improve company brand and Improve lead generation campaigns.
  10. Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers .
  11. Updating regular reports for team and management.
  12. Performing any other duties as directed by the management.
