Job Description

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various HR initiatives
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Respond to employee requests and questions
  • Manage the efficient execution of all personnel tasks (i.e. payroll, leaves, recruitment, training, appraisal)
  • Compile and update employee files and records including HRIS
  • Dealing PR / Legal affairs with Government Departments / Agencies
  • Ensure legal compliance at all aspects of personnel
