JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Issue all storeroom items property requisitioned.
- Supervise the work of store helper.
- Report to Finance & Business Support Manager any variance that he may discover while performing his duties.
- Prepare re-order requests at required re-order level.
- Strictly follows the minimum-maximum levels for inventory items.
- Verify quantity, quality and expiry dates in case of food items on receipt.
- Enforce strict check on minimizing store inventory.
- Prepare and submits expiry list to the Finance & Business Support Manager on monthly basis.
- Assist in taking inventory of Food & Beverage, General and Operating Supplies.
- Ensure that all store areas are clean and tidy.
- Prepare and submits slow moving list of various categories to Finance & Business Support Manager on quarterly basis.
- Record and displays monthly stock values of Food, Beverage, General & Operating equipment on the board.
- Assist in reviewing storeroom catalog on quarterly basis.
- Implement necessary addition, deletion and changes in catalog as per the policy and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as may be requested by the Finance & Business Support Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduate
- Nationality: Saudi Only
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in accounting/Finance or related field
- Gender: Male
- Excellent communication skills in English language
- Fast learner, team player and reliable
