Hemmersbach Technology is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female Office Administrator (Saudi National) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role plays a vital part in managing employee lifecycle processes, government platform administration, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour and immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Government Platforms Management: Handle day-to-day transactions on GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher and other government portals, including employee registrations, wage protection (WPS) updates, contract management, and renewals.
- Visa and Iqama Administration: Administer and process employee visas, work permits, Iqama issuance/renewal, and residency documentation in full compliance with Saudi labour law.
- Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with MHRSD, GOSI, Jawazat, and other relevant authorities to secure timely approvals and maintain compliance.
- Compliance Oversight: Manage Iqama renewals, exit re-entry visas, Qiwa contract updates, Mudad wage protection submissions, and Nitaqat/Saudization tracking.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records aligned with Saudi labour law standards.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate documentation and formalities for new joiners and departing employees.
- Employee Support: Guide employees through GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa and other government-related processes.
- Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance, ensuring confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
- Saudi National (Female) - Mandatory
- Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (or willing to relocate)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in office administration, HR, or government-relations support
- Working knowledge of GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and Absher platforms
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
