1. Implement HR Government Affairs’ policy and procedure, keeping abreast of all evolving governmental directions that require modification within the labor law and Jawazat framework
  2. Process and carry out all transactions relating to work permits, profession change, business/employment visas and residency visas/Iqama, including Iqama status, issuance and renewals
  3. Manage and tackle all government HR related e-service portals; including but not limited to, MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWA and the ministry of Human Resources
  4. Provide any needed support in various admin related human resource services. Ensure a high and consistent standard of HR service delivery to KSA employees
  5. Oversee and process travel-related operations and ensure an on-time delivery of employee’s travel needs including flight reservation, hotel booking, car rental and further travel arrangements required.
