• Service existing and new accounts, gathering inquries, quoting based on client's RFQ, preparing and submitting samples, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
  • Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries to clients.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Constantly work to improve.

  • CRM Proficiency, manage and provide transparency and visibility into an accurate pipeline.
