Develops Standard operating procedures for the HR aspects of the program.
Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the HR program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
Provide guidance and recommendations on the most complex issues, supporting our team in all related people areas including: recruitment, performance management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and employee engagement
Facilitates forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations on the program.
Responsible for working closely with partners for integrated HR with all key stakeholders, including authorizing authorities and any/all interested parties.
Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.
Lead the development of initiatives in line with Localization Strategy Continually assess our existing policies, procedures, and programs and put forward recommendations to improve efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
Encourage a “growth mindset” amongst team members by collaborating with our Learning team to assess training needs so relevant and inspiring training and development programs Act as a coach and mentor to our people and provide advice and guidance to our leadership team, using HR data analytics, external benchmarks and best practice approaches to support decision making.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology/ MBA and CIPD or SHRM Qualification is Mandatory.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar role
