What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develops and implements the program HR plans.
  • Develops Standard operating procedures for the HR aspects of the program.
  • Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the HR program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on the most complex issues, supporting our team in all related people areas including: recruitment, performance management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and employee engagement
  • Facilitates forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations on the program.
  • Responsible for working closely with partners for integrated HR with all key stakeholders, including authorizing authorities and any/all interested parties.
  • Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
  • Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.
  • Lead the development of initiatives in line with Localization Strategy Continually assess our existing policies, procedures, and programs and put forward recommendations to improve efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
  • Encourage a “growth mindset” amongst team members by collaborating with our Learning team to assess training needs so relevant and inspiring training and development programs Act as a coach and mentor to our people and provide advice and guidance to our leadership team, using HR data analytics, external benchmarks and best practice approaches to support decision making.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • Future focused with the ability to use creative and inspiring approaches to enhance employee experience programs, concepts, and techniques
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology/ MBA and CIPD or SHRM Qualification is Mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar role
