Job Description

We are looking for a manger to manager a newly established healthy food restaurant focused mainly on delivery based model.

You will be responsible for operational, financial and people management.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  •  Organizing stock and equipment, ordering products and overseeing cleanliness and security
  •  Coordinating staff scheduling and rotations, and motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets
  •  ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations
  •  Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
  •  Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation
  •  Support business growth
  • English and Arabic speakers preferred
  • Experience in business studies or management, catering, hospitality and hospitality management and leisure management is a plus.
