We are looking for a manger to manager a newly established healthy food restaurant focused mainly on delivery based model.
You will be responsible for operational, financial and people management.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing stock and equipment, ordering products and overseeing cleanliness and security
- Coordinating staff scheduling and rotations, and motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets
- ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
- Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation
- Support business growth
- English and Arabic speakers preferred
- Experience in business studies or management, catering, hospitality and hospitality management and leisure management is a plus.
