Job Responsibilities
- Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices
- Negotiating prices and contracts
- Reviewing technical specifications, quality, payment term & condition applied before purchase of goods
- Ensure timing of deliveries after order confirmation
- Take on administrative works such as visa application, record of MRO personnel passports and visa expiry, arrangement of entry and exit permits working with local GRO liaison.
- To liaise with regional vendors for replacement of critical spares for vessels.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Marine, Mechnical, Naval Architecture or Offshore Engineering.
- 1 year of relevant experience at Marine Industry
- Must be fluent in English (oral and written)
- Excellent English and computer literate
- Able to communicate and work with team
- Good network/ relations with supplier/vendor
- Having negotiations skill & product knowledge.
