The team lead will be responsible for leading a team of field support engineers to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure and systems across healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of healthcare IT environments.


Team Leadership and Management:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to a team of field support engineers.
  • Set clear performance expectations, goals, and objectives for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Service Delivery and Incident Management:

  • Oversee the timely resolution of IT-related incidents, service requests, and support tickets reported by healthcare facility staff.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and response time targets for incident resolution.
  • Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to address critical incidents and minimize impact on patient care and operations.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing guidance and assistance to resolve them expediently.

Process Improvement and Optimization:

  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and protocols for field support operations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Implement service management best practices, such as ITIL framework principles, to improve incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
