Areas of Responsibility:

  • Maintain HRMS records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Manage HR events , employee engagement programs, feedback & surveys etc.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
  • Provide payroll processing support including GOSI related etc.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process, publish and remove job ads,
  • perform background checks, issue employment contracts.
  • Issue NOC’s, salary letters , other letters requested by employees from time to time.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other functions as assigned.

Candidate Profile / Skill Sets:

  • Proven 3-4 years; of experience as an HR Executive or relevant human resources/administrative position in KSA.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
