· To perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with the laid down standards
· To ensure stock management of the cashier station
· To ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness of the cashier station
· To ensure accurate cash and credit card management in accordance with policies and procedures
· To improve service levels by applying the 4 Customer Care Principles
· To ensure suggestive selling and up-selling to increase ticket average
· To receive and escalate customer complaints to the manager on duty
· To direct calls in accordance with policies and procedures, as required
· To fulfill the role of the Coordinator in his absence
To perform any other duties as required from time to time
