Provides guidance to the management and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and practices related to employee relations matters.
Overall liaison with the sponsors and government agencies.
Responsible for timely processing of visas, work permits, and product approvals.
Processing of Trade License and other Commercial documents of the company ensuring timely renewal.
Coordination with Economic Departments and various other statutory authorities for all works related to these government bodies whenever required.
Liaison with police department as and when required.
Attending to labor inspections and ensuring successful completion of inspection and submission of reports post inspection as necessary.
Liaison with landlords, negotiating rentals and renewal of contracts and completion of documentation for the same for all company leased properties.
Coordination with lawyers in case of any court matters and attending the cases in court with lawyer.
Follow up and collection of outstanding amounts from Clients/Main Contractors as and when required.
Advise management on legal issues and strategies
Carry out cancellation of work permit and residence visa of resigned/ terminated staff and operatives
Respond to enquiries from the public and other organizations
Obtain and liaise with the respective authorities for Company Trade License and Chamber of Commerce certificate.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the HR Manager.
