POS Sales Professional (Figment POS )
Figment POS is a cloud based full featured point of sale that will help to enhance and grow business with its rich features. It helps independent businesses grow their day-to-day sales, improve customer management and handle inventory needs with our cloud-based solution.
We are hiring a POS Sales Professional who will specialize in POS within Figment, focusing on the “existing” customer base and increasing their portfolio of products.
You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Growth, and Sales teams, and will be on top of opportunities generated from the existing customer base or creating your own opportunities to grow your customer portfolio.
Main Task & Responsibilities
- Responsible for expansion selling of Figment Pay products to our clients
- Building a pipeline with opportunities that is always active with a strong closing rate
- Calling customers, scheduling meetings, and remaining on top of customer’s needs
- Engaging with customers, demonstrating and showcasing our products
- Reporting closed wins, and closed lost and enhancing the process to deliver better results
- Reporting and communicating on a periodic basis with the Sales Team Leader on process optimization, offers, bundling, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Preferably with a minimum of 2-3 yrs. Direct sales experience from Information Technology / Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products / Telecommunication companies
- Top performer, able to cope in a fast-paced work environment
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Preferred to have a valid driving license & own a car
- Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
