Scope of Work
. The Argus control operator main duties will be to operate the Argus control system in the greenhouse and setting conditions (Temperature, humidity, supplemental lights etc.) as required.
· Regularly checking the growth chambers environmental conditions and setting as per users’ requirement.
· Over all responsibility of controlling environmental conditions of greenhouse growth rooms and growth chambers.
· Additional duties include operating Badger system to reserve the space for users in the greenhouse house, record keeping, charging and assisting in billing the charges.
· Assist in greenhouse assets record keeping, access control and greenhouse safety updates.
· The selected individuals have to complete the required Safety Courses in order to work in the Greenhouse Core Lab.
Competencies
· Knowledge of computer operations-systems
· Good level of English : speaking, reading and writing
· Computer skills: knowledge of MS office
Qualifications
Bachelor in Computer Science/ Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent degree in relevant field.
Experience
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience computer operations in a relevant field: agriculture, horticulture or equal
Additional Requirement
The above works may demand late hours and working during national Holdiays.
