Build Compensation Structures: Design and implement salary and benefits frameworks.
Develop HR Strategic Plans: Build and execute comprehensive HR plans aligned with company goals.
ESOP Knowledge: Understand Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) and manage coordination with the legal firm to ensure proper implementation.
Handle Employee Relations: Effectively manage and foster positive employee relationships.
Set Up KPIs: Establish and track key performance indicators to evaluate staff performance.
Manage Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the full employee lifecycle from new hire onboarding to exit processes.
Understand Saudi Labor Law: Be well-versed in Saudi employment regulations.
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
